Our core commitment
Data paths differ by product: AUV Notes sends audio you choose to process to the cloud for transcription and AI organization; AUV Type streams audio to the service for recognition and writing; the other tools are primarily local. We do not sell your data or build personal profiles for advertising.

Scope
This policy applies to the following released iOS apps from LinkReady:

Information collection
Information we may process
- Account and entitlement data: login, account identifiers, subscription and quota status used to provide cross-device services, sync entitlements and prevent abuse.
- Audio and text: AUV Notes processes recordings or imported audio you choose to submit and returns transcripts and AI results; AUV Type processes live audio, transcripts and organized text during dictation.
- Local content: book titles, authors, ISBNs, cover images in 你的书房, plus calculation inputs and results in the metalworking tools, are primarily stored on your device.
- Usage metrics and device signals: in non-debug builds, 你的书房 sends one
app_openevent when the app first becomes active each day, using a locally generated persistent anonymous install ID to count active installs. The request payload does not include an account, IP address, hardware model, OS version or library content. Network services may record connection information in access logs under their server-side logging policy. For trial whitelist checks, the app may also send an Apple DeviceCheck token; it is used only for eligibility checks, not advertising or content analysis. - Purchases and support: purchases are handled by Apple App Store. If you email us, we receive your address and the information you provide.
What we do not do
We do not sell your data, use your content for advertising profiles, or collect browsing history or location unrelated to providing the requested feature.

Data storage
Local storage
Each app stores local drafts, history, book data and calculation records in its iOS sandbox, protected by system security. Uninstalling an app removes its local data; exports and system backups are controlled by you.
Usage metrics and eligibility checks in 你的书房
The anonymous install ID is stored on the device for one daily active-install event; uninstalling the app removes it. Related server records are used only for aggregate operational metrics, while whitelist records are used only for eligibility checks and are not linked to library content. Contact us at the email below if you need help removing related records or eligibility information.
AUV Notes cloud tasks
Audio submitted to AUV Notes is transcribed and organized with AI in the cloud. Original audio is kept only as temporary processing input; what the service retains long term is task status, transcripts and the structured results you request. You can delete tasks or your account in the app; related cloud results and shares are handled under the deletion and retention policy.
AUV Type realtime sessions
AUV Type processes audio as a realtime stream and does not save audio files or audio chunks. Raw transcripts are not kept as a default long-term asset; text history you choose to keep may be stored on the device, while account, entitlement and billing data are managed by the service.
iCloud sync and backup
Where an app offers iCloud sync, only the data described by that feature is synced. AUV Notes speaker memory can sync between your own devices through iCloud Key-Value Storage. 你的书房 can export book data as a ZIP file for you to back up wherever you choose.

Third-party services
Apple App Store
In-app purchases and payment processing are managed by Apple. See Apple’s Privacy Policy for details.
Cloud transcription and AI processing
When you use the relevant feature, AUV Notes and AUV Type send the necessary audio or text to LinkReady services and their configured speech-recognition and AI processors. We do not use audio or text for advertising and minimize content in logs.
Book information lookup
When scanning a barcode, 你的书房 may query third-party services for book information. These services receive the ISBN only, not your account or other personal information.

Data security
We minimize permission requests, use HTTPS or secure realtime connections for transmission, and rely on iOS system protection and Apple’s encryption for local and synced data. Access controls, minimal logging and retention policies reduce exposure risk on the service. Our code is maintained and checked for security issues regularly.

Your rights
You can view, edit, export or delete your data in the apps. AUV Notes supports task and account deletion, and AUV Type supports deleting text history; other apps let you remove local data in-app or by uninstalling. Contact us if you need help with a privacy request.

Children’s privacy
Our apps are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect children’s personal information. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information without consent.

Policy updates
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will be posted here with its update date at the top. We will use in-app notices for material changes.
